Eesa AI is a workplace assistant. Your account is created by your employer's administrator — if you do not have one yet, they are the fastest route.
Talk to a person
Email anbu@chups.com. We reply the same day, Monday to Saturday.
It helps to include the email address or phone number on your account and, if something failed, roughly when it happened.
I can't sign in
Sign in with your phone number and the 6-digit code we text you, or tap Use email and password to sign in the older way. Both reach the same account. If no code arrives, check the number is the one your administrator holds for you — codes only go to registered numbers.
Automatic attendance
If your employer uses it, arriving at a work zone clocks you in and leaving clocks you out. It is off until you turn it on in Settings → Location, and you can turn it off there at any time. Only arrivals and departures are recorded — never a continuous trail of where you go.
Delete my account
In the app: Menu → Settings → Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and its data. If you would rather we did it, email us from the address on the account.
Who can see my data
Your workspace is provided by your employer, and an administrator there decides which tools you can use. Eesa AI is free to use — there is nothing to buy in the app. See the privacy policy for what we store and why.
